STEP 1: MEET & GREET & CANDIDACY ASSESSMENT
The "Meet & Greet" session is the first step. It's a FREE 30 Minute Discovery Call that gives you a chance to ask some questions (and get some answers) and see if working with me is the right fit for you. We will briefly discuss your health challenges, goals, 'readiness' and whether or not you would be a good candidate
for care.
CANDIDACY:
I take on a limited number of patients monthly and only accept people into care who I know I can help. I devote my time to giving personalized, one on one clinical care and health coaching. My programs are tailored to the patient's needs and range from a few weeks to several months.
STEP 2: COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CONSULTATION
Once we have established that you would be a good candidate for care, you will be sent a set of in-depth online intake forms and will be booked in for an initial consultation. This detailed appointment will cover health history, symptom review, lifestyle and occupation, current and past diet, exercise regime, previous test results and anything else relevant to your case. Upon completion, we will discuss whether any additional lab tests need to be carried out and then we will study your test results. Based on these results a Personalized Lifestyle Medicine program will be designed for you and presented in a follow-up session (see step #3).
STEP 3: PERSONALIZED LIFESTYLE MEDICINE PROGRAM
In this follow-up visit, a report of findings based on the information gathered in the initial consultation will be discussed with you. We will then take action to integrate these new habits and techniques into your daily life by empowering you with knowledge, direction, tips, community resources, recipes and much more. If you had any lab testing done from the previous visit, I will explain the meaning of your test results to you in this visit. I will also create an individualized health program for you which will include one or more of the following: a customized food medicine plan and condition specific natural medicines, exercise, lifestyle and stress management recommendations; everything you need to go to the root cause of your health challenge and get your life back, naturally.
